I want some company tomorrow! (Wed June 5) I know the house is a mess, but I'm lonely, and I want to see people, especially my wonderful friends outside the gaming group. I probably won't be sociable until 11am, but after that is fair game.
It's going to be, for a miracle, cool and relatively dry, and I *will* make goodies. I may even spend *all day* making yummy treats, and of course friends who come chat and help get to eat some of the results. I have a hankering for rose-cherry cookies, and do you have any idea how good those taste fresh out of the oven? Don't you want to know?
I have no idea what we're doing for lunch and dinner or when, but if people tell me they're coming, and whether they'll want to be fed, I'm sure Jason and I can manage to find or make something delicious. He loves feeding people, but thankfully, he's not as pushy as your average Jewish mom.
