Guy calls up saying that the group's network connection has been up and down for the past two days, and demanded an immediate resolution. If you've ever worked at a helpdesk, you know that in less than 30 seconds, the guy has shot himself in the foot. With the exception of unlocking LAN accounts and similar trivia, there are no immediate resolutions, in the same way that there are no magic wands. (Even "easy" fixes aren't necessarily quick.)
